The Health Records Library is a large repository for live patient notes, deceased patient records and in addition houses part of the Trust archive.
The successful candidate would be joining the department at a very exciting time as the Trust moves towards an electronic digital record.
The Culling, Scanning & Case Note Conversion Clerks provide an essential service to the Health Records Library, ensuring that space restraints within the Library are reduced through a robust programme of culling and scanning case notes. In addition routine case note conversions are undertaken.
