The Cardiac Cath labs are an expanding area with 3 labs, 8 recovery spaces and a Procedure room with a 4th lab with additional recovery space being planned.
Cardiology is a progressive department with exciting opportunities. We are a large directorate covering Kilverstone Ward, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiac Cath Labs, General Medical Day Unit and our own out-patient department.
We are a heart attack center catering for a large demographic across East Anglia providing a 24/7 Primary PCI service.
The Cath Labs perform a wide spectrum of procedures from basic and complex device implants to diagnostic and Interventional Angiography as well as an expanding electrophysiology service.
We are a supportive area with a focus on education including regular opportunities for furthering knowledge and skills.
The Cardiology Cath Labs is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Support Worker to assist in providing high quality care in our recovery area and our elective admissions bay and ensure a safe, clean and efficient environment.
