This newly developed role will offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual that that will work closely with the Medical Director to lead on the portfolio of the Medical Director’s office; developing effective strategy, operational policies and processes in line with Trust priorities.

As post holder you will work closely with the Medical Director, the Deputy Medical Director and the Associate Medical Directors, the Chief Nurse and Deputy Chief Nurse, the Lead for Patient Engagement & Experience and the Associate Director of Quality & Safety to develop effective strategy, operational policies and processes for the Trust in relation to the Medical Director’s portfolio. This postholder will take a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Trust’s improvement work that urges all employees to be improvers, to work together and be collaborative so that we can deliver the Quality Improvement Plan and achieve an outstanding quality standard. 

As post holder you will be required to lead strategically and operationally on projects across the organisation in relation to Trust priorities and will be responsible for leading the efficient and effective operation of the Medical Director’s office.

Full time: 37.5 hours per week
