Team NNUH is seeking a passionate, proactive and inspirational Site Operations Clinical Lead to work within our Clinical Service Support department and help us in the fight against Covid-19.

This position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register or registered AHP. You will have a strong background within the NHS and management, which you'll utilise to help organise, promote and implement practices conducive to the development of high quality patient care across the Covid Testing Site Team.

You will be responsible for not only the performance but the quality, safety and effectiveness of all aspects of the service you oversee, providing day to day management and supervision to the Covid Testing Site Team whilst always adhering to NNUH’s PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

Through working closely with the clinical and administrative leadership, you will seek to achieve delivery of both an efficient and high quality testing service whilst continually seeking new ways of working. This will require an individual with experience in managing and leading a clinical area, understanding of change management alongside effective communication and organisational skills to match.
