The Emergency Department (ED) is the busiest in the East of England, seeing in excess of 110,000 new patients each year.  We are in the process of developing new effective ways of working, and your role will be to support and work within the team to achieve high quality and compassionate care for our patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a role in the realisation of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals’ vision of: ‘to provide every patient with care we want for those we love the most’.

This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and highly skilled Education Team as we look forward to the future development of the ED.

As post holder you assist in the efficient day to day running of the administrative and secretarial function of the Emergency Department Educational Team and also to provide support to the Directorate Administrative Team.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.
