We have exciting full and part time opportunities to work as a Receptionist within a great team in AMU, within an acute emergency setting, who see over 2500 patients a month on average.

If you are looking for a job that provides you with the opportunity to be flexible, have a methodical approach, demonstrate attention to detail, IT and Customer Care skills and you also love to be kept busy then this is the position for you

As a Receptionist within AMU, you will :

- keep IT and other systems up to date with patient tracking

- meet and greet patients and their families

- answer and redirect telephone calls as appropriate

-filing of case notes etc. with the main focus on Patient Care

Hours of work : Full and part time hours available, shift patterns 

The reception team works on a rota basis covering 7.5 hours per shift over a 24 hour period seven days a week.  Rota’s are produced 6 weeks in advance through our Health Care Roster.

Hours will be discussed at interview.
