The post will initially be for a 24 month period in the first instance, which could be extended if mutually agreeable, successful candidates will spend 6 months in prehospital settings working with the East Anglian Air Ambulance (subject to satisfactory competencies check as below)
The department enjoys excellent working relationship with the rest of the Trust. The nursing staff are dedicated, skilled and helpful. Working on the junior grade rota, you will be responsible for supporting other members of the team and assessing patients in all areas of the department. There is senior middle grade cover present in the department 24 hours per day and consultant cover up until midnight each day.
The Trust has started a significant expansion of the Emergency Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of doctors and nurses working to constantly improve the care of patients in Norfolk.
You will be allocated a supervisor from the consultant body that will ensure career support, development and appraisal.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
