We currently have vacancies within our area for Receptionists/Clerical Officers following the progression of our staff.  The Head and Neck department is based within the West Block at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.  The Head & Neck Directorate comprises of Ear, Nose and Throat and Oral Health and the successful candidates will be required to work across both areas.  

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals to assist with the smooth running of this very busy department.  This is a diverse role which combines reception, clerical and computer work.

As post holder you will be expected to provide an efficient, reliable administrative service to medical / secretarial staff within the Directorate. For full details and competencies required, please see job description

Training will be given to use the electronic patient system (PAS), along with all relevant administrative skills and will contribute to and support a very busy, committed and hard-working team.

Hours of work : Full and part time hours available, to include some evening and weekends.
