We are looking for a talented individual to join our HR team in a new role for us. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation dedicated to delivering the best possible care to its patients.
The Assistant HR Business Partner role will support the HR Business Partner to provide professional and expert advice and support to our Surgical Division. You will support a wide range of managers to work collaboratively with them in all aspects of their service developments and change management including TUPE.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will be an experienced HR Practitioner with very strong employee relations and change management experience. You should have proven experience of building effective working relationships with people at all levels and enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment.
This role offer a fantastic opportunity for CIPD qualified candidates with generalist experience to further develop their skills and confidence, providing advice and support in a large, complex organisation.
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
