* Fixed Term / Secondment opportunity available - 2 years *

The Improvement Team works across the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Trust supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of programmes, projects and initiatives. The Team supports project leads in the development of their plans and act as a hub for knowledge on programme and project management. The Team assist with the delivery of these programmes and projects through tracking of milestones and KPI’s, reporting of key risks and escalating issues to a senior level where necessary.

As post holder, you will support the Improvement Management Team in the delivery of projects and programmes with the aim of achieving continuous service improvement for the Trust.

To assist in maintaining progress on all projects by:

  • Tracking of project tasks and milestones
  • Identification and monitoring of programme and project risks, issues and interdependencies
  • Providing high quality programme analysis
  • Supporting communications and stakeholder management

To develop project plans as appropriate and to support the implementation and evaluation of specific projects, as delegated by the Head of Improvement and other senior members of the team.
