Team NNUH has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual with experience in business and operational management within the acute sector to join our largest division within the hospital as Divisional Business Manager.

Working closely with the management team; the purpose of this role is to support the Division in the delivery of operational performance targets including waiting lists, financial improvement planning and to continually improve the quality of services to patients by using best practice standards within the available income as well as contributing to the Divisional and Trust strategy, processes and policies.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Significant operational management experience
  • Experience working with the health sector
  • A track record of delivering targets and successful service change
  • Experience reconfiguring or modernising patient services

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, but part-time hours considered
