We also have a Maternity Assessment Unit, which offers a resource for women to attend and be reviewed as required. We also have a co-located Midwifery Led Birthing Unit which comprises of 4 birthing rooms with water birth facilities available.

We are dedicated to providing one to one care to all women in established labour and are really proud to have achieved and maintained BFI Level 3 accreditation.  We are an ambitious department, with plans in place to continue to develop and improve the service we offer.
