Applications are invited for one Clinical Fellow in the Oncology department, to join an innovative team dedicated to providing quality care to cancer patients.

This would be an ideal post for doctors wishing to pursue a career in Clinical or Medical Oncology or Palliative care. The post is at middle grade level supporting outpatient chemotherapy and the acute oncology service. It is expected that the successful candidate will also attend outpatient clinics in an educational capacity.  The post includes a one in six weekend on call rota. The appointee would join a team of one oncology clinical fellow and  3 registrars. The appointee will work closely with the Specialist Registrars on rotation from Addenbrookes and Consultant colleagues.

Norwich is an excellent place to live with the Norfolk Broads on the door step and miles of Norfolk coastline to explore.

The post commences in August 2018 for up to a period of one year. A candidate who is unable for personal reasons to undertake the duties whole-time will receive equal consideration. If such a candidate is appointed the job content will be modified as appropriately in consultation with other colleagues and local management.

Applicants must have full GMC registration with a license to practice, and have had experience in Oncology.
