An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospitals NHS Trust to work within the Learning and Development Department to support the delivery of a range or learning and development programmes.

The successful candidate, working closely with the Learning & Development department, will be responsible for identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating high quality learning solutions for a large portfolio of of priority learning initiatives such as Induction, core skills and mandatory training, employee engagement and staff professional development.

You will have experience in supporting the delivery of learning and development programmes by providing expertise, consultancy and people development services including delivering training courses, supporting blended learning solutions and projects.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have previous experience in organising and delivering learning and development programmes and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of learners who are supported by the department.
