Our PRIDE values of People Focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence are important to our theatre teams and to be successful you’ll need to share our beliefs in our values. Our multi-skilled teams work together, developing strong working relationships through respect and integrity, to deliver exceptional results.

We employ a dedicated Clinical Facilitator to support the skills of our Orthopaedic staff through a range of training and education initiatives. We offer a range of shift patterns designed to accommodate and support staff and have terrific facilities for our staff to work and relax in.
