** Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for 24 Months **

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and organised Clinical Trials Assistant to work primarily in the Rheumatology Research Team at NNUH. We are a busy research team with a varied portfolio of studies primarily looking at biologic therapies and quality of life for patients with rheumatological conditions. Ideally applicants will have clinical trials experience however the required skills can be taught within the role. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can manage their own workload and work with minimal supervision.

Working with the other members of the research team, the post holder will carry out all aspects of recruiting to clinical trials. This will include but is not limited to consenting participants, carrying out study specific procedures and providing administrative support.

For the right candidate this post offers varied duties, an opportunity to acquire knowledge about the conduct of clinical trials and the satisfaction of making a real contribution to Clinical Research.
