We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to support the NNUH Staff Physiotherapy Service & Patient Focused Booking Team for Therapy Services.
As post holder you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support and work closely within a small and friendly team in the Service. You will be required to record referrals, book appointments, deal with telephone enquiries and liaise with Therapists & senior clinicians. You will need excellent attention to detail, paramount concentration and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
