This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Workplace Health & Wellbeing as an Administration Team Leader.
Workplace Health and Wellbeing has developed significantly over recent years providing occupational health and wellbeing services to many organisations beyond the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.
The post holder will provide leadership support for the administration team, as well as day to day responsibility for external contracts that the department is responsible for.
As post holder you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Administration Team including undertaking annual appraisals, identification of training needs and managing sickness in line with Trust guidelines.
As post holder you will provide comprehensive administration support to allocated Workplace Health & Wellbeing customers including producing statistical information, arranging site visits and being the main point of contact for your customers.
The post holder will play an active role in planning, development and implication of ad-hoc departmental projects, working closely with members of the clinical team and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
